Previous Survey Project Experience

Boundary Surveys - We specialize in boundary and topographic surveys of all types from city lots, rural acreage, farms, ranches, easements, lot splits, etc. in Tucson, Mt. Lemmon, Pima County, Pinal County, Santa Cruz County and Cochise County. I have worked in all these jurisdictions. We file records of survey for all of our projects.

Surveys performed to ALTA specifications for projects ranging from city lots to several sections.

Babocomari Land Grant - Boundary survey of exterior grant lines. Location, monumentation and legal descriptions for conservation leases, fire station, private parcels.

International border with Mexico - Survey and mark the international border with Mexico, north of the Pinacates for construction of an anti-vehicular barrier, roads and drainage. I will not perform any further surveys for the construction of walls on this boundary.

Right of way surveys for the Town of Marana, City of Tucson, Pima County, Sahuarita, and Oro Valley including Tangerine Road, I-10 to La Canada, Grant Road, Stone to Mountain, Camino de Manana...

Biosphere 2 topographic and botanical survey and mapping - Surveyed and mapped topographic features and botanical survey for the initial Biosphere 2 project.

Electrical Corridor - Coordinate survey of 33 mile electrical corridor. Establish static GPS control net; PLSS and private land boundary surveys; Topographic survey of corridor; Legal descriptions for Arizona State Land Department, Pima County and private properties.
